Due to the exceptional performance so far from the England team in this year’s World Cup competition, the Individuals KO 2nd round matches have been postponed due to a conflict with the semi-final game.

The 2nd round matches of the Individuals KO will be postponed until the 25th July, with the 3rd round taking place the following week on the 1st August.

The 2nd round of the Pairs KO will take place as originally scheduled on the 18th July.

For the avoidance of doubt, I would like to remind everybody that potting the opponent’s ball is not an automatic loss of game foul, the standard penalty for such is stated in the rules.

Should there be any dispute which cannot be resolved during a game, then the game should be abandoned and the matter should be referred to the League.

It is the responsibility of all players to learn and understand the rules of the game.
