Northern Quarter Pool League
Individuals and Pairs KO Draw

The draw for the KO competitions for both the individuals and pairs will take place at the next meeting.

If anybody has not entered and would like to take part then let me know before then.

You will also be pleased to know that the detailed results are currently bang up to date and can be found by clicking the links on the left.

 

Captains Cup

 

  1. It is proposed that the Captains Cup Competition take the form of a simple Round Robin consisting of 7 rounds.
  2. Each Team Captain will play the each of the other Team's Captains over the course of the Season.
  3. The Vice Captain may be substituted for the Captain before the commencement of any game at any time in this competition.
  4. Only the Team's nominated Captain and Vice Captain are eligible to participate in this competition.
  5. The matches will be played each month on the date of the meeting at the meeting venue following completion of the meeting.
  6. Food will be provided.
  7. In the event of a tie a play-off will be held to determine an outright winner.

Presentation Evening 2011-2012

Another successful presentation event was held this year at the Derby Brewery Arms.

A big thanks to Pam at the Derby for hosting a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Also thanks again to Dave and Laraine for organising everything and making it happen on the night.

2012 Season Begins

Welcome all to the new season!

I am pleased to announce that we have a new team and venue joining this season in the form of the Unicorn located on Church Street.

Players Wanted - If there are any players out there looking for a new team to join for this season then pop down to the Unicorn on Wednesday between 8:00 and 8:30PM.

 

Complete fixtures for the season will be online shortly and can be found by clicking the link on the left.

Other content will be updated in the next few days(ish) along with the pictures from the presentation evening.

Presentation Evening 2010-2011 Report

A big thanks to all who attended the presentation evening for the Northern Quarter Pool League 2010-2011 Season.

Thanks to Gary Nash who performed live for us throughout the evening and also kindly presented the awards on our behalf.

Thanks to Dave and Laraine for making sure the food, entertainment and trophies were all arranged and paid for.

Special thanks to Dave for taking the time in the afternoon to collect and set the trophies at the Burton Arms.

I'm sure you will agree it looked most impressive.
