Individual and Pairs Final Results

Congratulations to the winners of the finals in both the individual and pairs competitions.

A quick final in the pairs at the City resulted in a win for the young boys Ryan and Carl from the Crown and Cushion B team, winning 3-0 against Steve and Alan from the Burton.

Despite a slightly delayed start due to the football, the individuals final was completed in good time at the Crown and Cushion, Derek (Burton) winning against James (Wheatsheaf Oaks).

The new season kicks off with the first match at 9pm on the 3rd of March (following the first meeting of the season at the Ducie Bridge), good luck to all teams involved.

The presentation for the 2009/2010 season is currently scheduled for the 21st of April 2010. We request that all teams and players attend this event which is expected to be a fantastic night for all, more details to be confirmed in the next few weeks.

The new league signing sheets will be distributed to all venues in the next week and should be completed for the meeting prior to the first game. Initial fixtures will also be distributed before the first game.

If anybody has any questions please contact myself in the first instance, or the Chairman, as soon as possible to ensure any points raised can be considered either beforehand or in discussion during the meeting.
